Lily Pad Chinese School is a state registered Chinese Language School in located in Austin, Texas. Our purpose is to provide an opportunity for Non-Chinese Speakers to learn the Chinese Language and Culture. Students must be 5 years old by September 1 of the current school year to register.

Brandy Cheung (王伯蒂)
Brandy is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Elementary Education and minor in Chinese. She also has a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Reading Education. She is a Texas certified teacher with an ESL and Reading License. She also has LOTE certification. In 2013, she was awarded Teacher of the Year for Fern Bluff Elementary in RRISD. Brandy has taught Mandarin Chinese in Houston and in Austin for over 12 years and has been teaching CSL classrooms since 2007. She currently teacher 3rd grade Dual Language Mandarin at Doss Elementary.
Crystal Law (劉李凝)
Graduating from University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Dance, Crystal has always had a passion to teach. She has experience with students ranging from 1-13 years in age. She has been teaching at Lily Pad School since 2009. Crystal was named 2013 Teacher of the Year at Pflugerville Elementary in PISD. She currently teaches first grade Dual Language Mandarin at Doss Elementary.
Laura Innmon (林恬如)
Laura is a native Mandarin speaker. She is an experienced Virtual teacher working with students at Novice to AP levels.
Julie Kwok (郭潔柔)
Julie is a native Mandarin speaker. She is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in mathematics. She has had experience teaching middle school and high school students. Julie has been working with CSL students virtually for over 8 years.
Donald Cheung (張立人)
Donald received his Masters degree in Management from the University of Texas, Austin, and previously at the University of Florida as an undergraduate with degrees in Electrical Engineer and Computer Engineer. Throughout his career as an engineer at AMD, he has taken expat assignments in China and Taiwan, and currently manages teams in the US. He has created and helped develop start-up companies across the US with success. Donald continues to support the staff on developing and bringing technology to all students and parents.
